All stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience welcome. Designed to both nurture and challenge you, Blooma prenatal yoga inspires trust in your birthing journey while providing an open community to discuss what you are experiencing. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.
Use targeted isometric movements to tone, lift, and engage muscle groups one at a time. We blend unique exercises on your mat with movement at a stable wooden barre. In babywearing classes, caregivers are invited to bring their baby (birth to pre-crawling) along in a carrier, helping you get in your workout without leaving baby.
FREE NEW MAMA GROUP
For all mothers with babies 1 day to 12 months old. Connect with each other, ask questions, share advice, laugh, cry, and talk about life with a new baby. Occasionally, we bring in a guest speaker to offer insight into popular parenting topics. Babies are always welcome, and groups are led to accommodate all parenting styles. Start anytime, and come as many times as you like!
YOGA FOR PRESCHOOLERS
This class is for kids only, ages 3 to 5 (Children take class without a parent). Introduce your child to yoga through stories, songs, music, and movement. Guided movement paired with children’s literature helps kids learn yoga postures expressed with imagination. Foster confidence, creativity, and self-awareness in your child!
LITTLE KIDS YOGA
Appropriate for children ages 9 months to 4 years. Little Movers, Crawlers, and Tots come together for yoga, songs, and stories with their parents or caregiver. Bond with your tini yogini, meet other parents in the community, and burn some energy as you sing, dance, and perform basic yoga postures together.
Balance your mind and body during an invigorating vinyasa flow class. Teachers will guide you through varying sequences to integrate breath with movement.
Come shine your light, break a sweat, and embrace the community that holds you as you flow through this natural and empowering class.

This class is based on transitioning from one pose to the next using sun salutations and postures that connect to one another. Each class includes flow, balance, strength, compression, twists, hip/heart openers, core work and a built-in peaceful rest at the end.

HAPPY HOUR CLASSES
Great for new students that want to give Blooma a try! All ages and experience levels are welcome, open to new or seasoned Blooma students. Our $10 Happy Hour classes are designed and priced to give you the opportunity to meet Blooma. Get to know our teachers, our students, and our mission. Class formats differ at each location. BRING YOUR OWN CRAWLER YOGA (BYOC)
Little Ones are free to move through the space while you are guided through practice. Embrace the chaos and curiosity of your little one while giving yourself and a supportive space to move and breathe. * The perfect class after your little one has outgrown BYOB. This class is for parents and any caregiver with children 9-18 months.
BRING YOUR OWN BABY YOGA (BYOB)
We invite babies and their caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, nannies) to bond through loving touch, sight, sound, and movement. While incorporating your little one into the BYOB yoga sequence, you also receive a nurturing, strengthening practice that will gently engage and calm the body and spirit.
*BYOB yoga is appropriate until baby is crawling.
Come together with your Blooma community, sweat and feel strong! This fast-paced class builds endurance and strength, using body weight exercises, intervals and yoga. End class with a yummy savasana. *Not recommended during the third trimester. **Clean tennis shoes are highly recommended for this class.
Our open house-style Lactation Lounge is FREE and open to all mamas. Come by, grab some tea, and chat with our lactation counselor, Mari Melby (CLEC). She can help answer questions for mamas at every stage including latch difficulties, positions for feeding, pumping at work, transitioning to solids, and more. This informal, free offering is here to help you through breastfeeding.
Appropriate for ages 18 months to 4 years and their parents or caregivers. Tots yoga will develop flexibility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness through basic yoga postures, songs, and games. Both caregiver and child will benefit from participating in this engaging and physical yoga practice.
This class is for kids only, ages 4 to 8 (Children take class without a parent). Through guided practice, they can enjoy improved concentration for learning, less anxiety, more energy, and all-around better self confidence in their day to day lives. Kids yoga helps kids organically learn navigation tools for today’s busy world, both mentally and spiritually!
