Our yoga and barre classes offer a chance for you to come to class and say hello to yourself in a community of supportive, dynamic women. Designed for prenatal, postpartum, and everything in between, we offer classes for every skill level and stage in your life. Childcare is offered for most classes and we also have classes and groups for mamas who want to bring baby to class!
HAPPY HOUR YOGA ($10)
All ages and levels of fitness experience welcome, open to new or seasoned Blooma students. Our $10 Happy Hour class was designed and priced to give you the opportunity to meet Blooma. Catch a different class format each week throughout the month and get to know our teachers!   
PRENATAL YOGA
All stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience welcome. Whether you are a new or experienced yoga student, our trained yoga teachers will guide you gracefully through meditation, breathing, and movement specialized for the prenatal body and mind. Designed to both nurture and challenge you, Blooma prenatal yoga inspires trust in your birthing journey while providing an open community to discuss what you are experiencing. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation, while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Empower and inspire yourself for birth, bond with baby, and meet other mamas in your community.
FLOW YOGA – for everyone
All ages of men and women and levels of yoga experience welcome. Balance your mind and body during an invigorating vinyasa flow class. A practice rooted through sun salutations, teachers will guide you through varying sequences of postures that integrate breath with movement. Prenatal modifications to this yoga practice will be available for our pregnant yogis as well. Come shine your light, break a sweat, and embrace the community that holds you as you flow through this natural and empowering class.  
SLOW FLOW YOGA – for everyone
All ages of men and women and levels of yoga experience welcome. Ground yourself mentally and spiritually through this slow and refreshing practice of meditation, breath work, and postures to support mind­body awareness. Prenatal modifications to this yoga practice will be available for our pregnant yogis as well. A wonderful way to wind down after a busy day or week and an excellent complement to your other fitness endeavors.  
BARRE – for everyone
All ages of men and women and levels of fitness experience welcome. Blooma Barre utilizes targeted isometric movements to tone, lift, and engage muscle groups one at a time, sometimes even ones you didn’t even know you had. Each class is full of energetic music, an encouraging, empowering instructor, and uses a blend of unique exercises on your mat or at the stable wooden barre, sometimes with a bit of cardio mixed in. Prenatal, postpartum, or any other time in your life, this is a perfect way to pack a lot of fitness into a fast, fun class.  
BARRE – for everyone (baby-wearing friendly)
All ages and levels of fitness experience welcome. This fast, fun class brings you a Blooma Barre​ class that is adaptable for babies in carriers. Blooma Barre utilizes targeted isometric movements to tone, lift, and engage muscle groups one at a time, sometimes even ones you didn’t even know you had. Each class is full of energetic music, an encouraging, empowering instructor, and uses a blend of unique exercises on your mat or at the stable wooden barre, sometimes with a bit of cardio mixed in. Caregivers are invited to bring their baby (birth to pre­crawling) along in a carrier to this class to make getting in your workout a little bit easier while soaking up support from the community. Feeding or diaper changing in the space is welcome, and bringing baby is not required. With baby or without, this class is a perfect way to pack a lot of fitness into a fast, fun class.  
BRING YOUR OWN BABY YOGA (BYOB)
All ages of parents or caregivers and levels of fitness experience welcome. BYOB yoga is appropriate until baby is crawling. Nurture your baby while caring for yourself. Bring Your Own Baby Yoga invites babies and their caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, nannies) to bond through loving touch, sight, sound, and movement. Let baby in on the yoga practice physically, mentally, and spiritually to build a strong bond of trust and security— the foundation of self confidence for baby.  While incorporating your little one into the BYOB yoga sequence, you also receive a nurturing, strengthening practice designed specifically to gently engage with and calm body and spirit. The class offers a chance for new mama and caregiver networking, too. You’ll find a warm, supportive community — essential during the fourth trimester or postpartum period!  
NEW MAMA GROUP
For all mothers with babies 1 day to 12 months old. Blooma’s New Mama Group offers moms the opportunity to connect with each other, ask questions, share advice, laugh, cry, and talk about life with a new baby. Occasionally, we bring in a guest speaker to offer insight into popular parenting topics. Babies are always welcome, and groups are lead to accomodate all parenting styles. Start anytime, and come as many times as you would like! Help ease the transition into life with your new baby in a supportive, open environment.  
MOVERS + CRAWLERS YOGA
Appropriate for babies ages 9 to 18 months and their parents or caregivers. Little Movers and Crawlers stimulates baby’s senses, promotes curiosity, supports physical and cognitive development, and allows for a positive, community building caregiver/child yoga experience. Each week, Little Movers Happy Hour offers a different focus, with activities, songs, and games, appropriate for older babies and early-walking toddlers. Bond with your little pre-toddler, move and dance together, and enjoy the benefits of guided movement and fostered creative organic exploration.  
TOTS YOGA
Appropriate for ages 18 months to 4 years and their parents or caregivers. Tots yoga will develop flexibility, coordination, confidence and body awareness through basic yoga postures, songs, and games. Both caregiver and child will benefit from participation in this engaging and physical yoga practice together.  
YOGA FOR PRESCHOOLERS
This class is for kids only, ages 3­ to 5. Introduce your child to yoga through stories, songs, music and movement. Guided movement paired with children’s literature will provide worlds where yoga postures can be learned and expressed with imagination. Foster confidence, creativity, and self awareness in your child as they begin to explore the world of yoga on their own.  
KIDS YOGA
This class is for kids only, ages 4 to ­8. Kids yoga teaches body awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination in a way that helps little yogis carry these skills beyond their mats and into their daily routines. Through their guided practice they can enjoy improved concentration for learning, less anxiety, more energy, and all-around better self confidence in their day to day lives. Kids yoga is perfect to help kids organically learn the tools to navigate today’s busy world mentally and spiritually!  
TWEEN YOGA
This class is for kids only, ages 9 to 12 of all fitness levels. Tween yoga is lighthearted and fun, but also encourages students to nudge at their comfort zones — both emotional and physical — to develop the self confidence they need to meet the changes ahead. Class is designed to be a safe and supportive environment for all levels, and help kids either learn or deepen their yoga practice. It’s a great compliment to other athletic activities, or on its own, and allows tweens to learn coordination, concentration, self-control, and make friends in the community!  
LITTLE KIDS YOGA
Appropriate for children ages 9 months to 4 years. Little Movers, Crawlers, and Tots come together for yoga, songs and stories with their parents or caregiver(s). Bond with your tini yogini, meet other parents in the community, and get some of that pent up energy from the week out as you sing, dance, and perform basic yoga postures together.  
RUB-A-DUB BABY INFANT MASSAGE
For babies 6 weeks to crawling and their parent or caregiver.  In this class, you’ll learn infant massage techniques that convey your love and warmth and increase bonding between baby and parent or caregiver. You’ll also take home knowledge of essential strokes that help soothe a gassy baby and encourage sleep! Parents are welcome to feed baby by breast or bottle and diaper change at any time during class. Healthy touch is essential to giving your baby a sense of peace and security in the world. Come learn this easy routine, and bond even more deeply with baby every time you give them a bath! Pre-registration required
