Enlightened Mama Lamaze Childbirth Preparation classes provide in-depth, evidence-based information about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, all in a fun, relaxed environment.
Our classes are dynamic, interactive, personalized, and not your typical childbirth classes! Our course includes information about the incredible things your body does to prepare for birth, along with comfort measures and relaxation techniques for an easier and shorter labor.
We’ll discuss the importance of breastfeeding and how to get it off to a good start, incredible characteristics of your newborn, and so much more! Our classes are small to ensure that you receive the personalized attention you deserve. "Nurture Your Mind, Nurture Your Child"--that’s the Enlightened Mama philosophy.
The course is 4, 3-hour sessions and is designed for mamas-to-be and their partners/labor support. Cost is $225, which includes The Official Lamaze Guide and a supplemental course guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your reservation for this course, you will receive a full refund when canceling two or more weeks before the course begins. If you cancel with less than two weeks' notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us honor the preparation that our teachers put into their courses.
