Postpartum Doula Training

Personal Renewal Group for Moms
Feel supported, nurtured, and empowered with this group of mothers of babies ages 9 months to 18 years. Meet once a month for 6 months to explore and learn 1) how to reconnect with who you are, 2) strategies for making self-care a priority so you can live, love, and parent optimally, and 3) how to experience greater life balance. Each month, we'll spend time chatting, exercising our bodies a bit, and reflecting on the amazing path of motherhood.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Tired, tense, stressed-out? Start the weekend out right and bring balance back into your life with a gentle slow flow practice followed by several restorative postures that will bring your whole body into a deeply relaxed state and leave you feeling healed and nurtured from within.
Rebuilding After Birth (Kundalini Workshop)
This pampering, strengthening, and nurturing workshop shares Kundalini Yoga and Meditation techniques with the new mother who has given birth in the last year (to first baby, second or beyond). It’s a normal need after birth to need to reclaim the space that you’ve given over to your baby physically and emotionally. On a physical level, we will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and toning the abdominals, as well as enhancing the metabolism so that your weight can find the healthiest balance for you.
Enlightened Baby: Food for the first years
Mealtime with baby is the messiest fun you’ll ever have! Learn how to provide healthy and safe meals for each stage of your baby’s development. We’ll discuss how to make your own baby food, a timeline for introducing new foods, and ways to make feeding your baby fun and easy.
