The class time will include an opportunity for question and answer, peer communication and community building (yama, niyama skills), physical movement (asana flow), breathing techniques (pranayama\'s), mindful focus and contemplation techniques (meditation), mudra and mantra practices as well as yogic rituals and mystical techniques.</p>  <p>Take time for yourself to balance and ascend your energy and become connected to your own True Nature!
